” Small Tour of Tsagarada ”
From the Saint Taxiarches Square, we cross a large section of the village to the square of Agia Paraskevi with the thousand-year-old plane tree, one of the 5 largest in Europe.
On the way we learn about the history and the tradition of the place and we know the village’s spatial planning through a varied field with aristocratic urban areas dominating traditional mansions with lush gardens and ravines drowned in chestnut trees and plane trees.
Then we climb to the mountainous part of the village, where through the path and small sections of forest road we cross the chestnut tree to return to the point where we started.
What's Included?
- All routes are configurable and customized according to the requirements and wishes of the visitors. Coffee-sweet - tsipouro can also be scheduled, depending on the possibilities of the trip.
- Hiking takes you through a guided tour (Greek - English) of the history, tradition, and natural environment of the area.
- Batons (walking sticks), water bottle cases and headlamps are provided at scheduled night hikes for use by those who want it.
- Also available is Salewa Koala back seat- for children 2-6 years old (up to 20 kg).
- Prices include 24% VAT
Need to know
- A group of more than 8 people need an extra guide.
- Participation in hikes takes place with the sole responsibility of the participants and in the case of minors strictly with the adult accompaniment
- Any movements of participants are made on their own vehicles.
